Program description

Customers and prospective customers may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Auto Alchemy. Service-related texts may include quote responses, service recommendations, quote follow-ups, booking or deposit reminders, appointment or arrival updates, customer-care messages, and post-service review requests. Where separately selected, promotional texts may include membership, referral, and occasional detailing offers.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Website consent boxes are unchecked by default. Service-related and promotional SMS permissions may be selected separately.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You may later opt back in where permitted.
